Export 3d file from Vectorworks
Sunday, October 10th, 2010go to applications>utilities>terminal>
type
# defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles -bool true
press enter
# KillAll Finder
press enter.
then go to applications>vectorworks and right click the application
logo, and click on “show package contents”
then
contents>MacOS-DWG>MacOS.dwg
If you open up the file MacOS.dwg that is the one you are looking for.
You can take it out of there and rename it.
Everytime you export the new file goes into that folder.
