Use Match frame (mapped to F5) to get clip from the timeline into the source monitor and Find Bin (mapped to F6)to get the clip highlighted in the appropriate bin

When creating new folders, remember to also create a folder called ‘creatign’ insode – so that avid knows where to put it’sĀ  database files which it creates
