When creating new folders, remember to also create a folder called ‘creatign’ insode – so that avid knows where to put it’s  database files which it creates

Just duplicate the timeline (rename the time lines so you know which is which name one original?and the other one short?)

Left mouse click on the sequence name top right in the record monitor.. Second option in the drop down list is Duplicate

Audio keyframes are adjusted inside the audio track itself using the “rubberbanding” technique.

Basically, drag keyframes up or down to raise or lower volume and alt drag to move keyframes left or right.
